Tour of Member Schools (Thursday, Nov. 2, 9:30am – 12:30pm)

Begin your conference experience with a behind-the-scenes look at Phoenix’s premier community arts education organizations.  Visits include a facility tours and overviews of each organization’s key programs and inner-workings—a great opportunity to be inspired, gain new ideas, and build relationships with your peers.

Arts Education Expo (Thursday, Nov. 2, 5:30pm – Saturday, Nov. 4, 4:30pm)

Opening Night Reception (Thursday, Nov. 2, 5:30 – 7:00pm)

Start the conference and surrounded by friends old and new.  Explore the Arts Education Expo.

Taste of Phoenix Dinners (Thursday, Nov. 2, 7:15pm)

Join your peers as we head out for dinner at some of Phoenix's hottest eateries. Dinners will average $20 to $30, payable at the restaurant.

First Fridays Artwalk (Friday, Nov. 3, 6:00pm)

On the first Friday of every month, Phoenix galleries throw open their doors and welcome the public. We'll head out to enjoy work by many of the Southwest's Greatest artists.

 

 

Trustees Reception (Friday, Nov. 3, 6:30 — 8:00pm, by invitation only)

The perfect opportunity for school trustees to network with peers in a social setting. It's the National Guild's way of saying "thanks" for the tremendous support trustees provide member schools.

Topic Table Breakfast (Saturday, Nov. 4, 7:30 — 9:00am)

Exchange information and insights with your peers. Choose from a host of discussion topics including financial aid programs, registration technology, fund raising, marketing, and more! Participation is $12 for delegates, $25 for guests.

Annual Awards Luncheon (Saturday, Nov. 4, 1:15 — 3:00pm)

Join us in a celebratory luncheon honoring those who have made extraordinary contributions to the field of community arts education. Participation is $25 for delegates, $50 for guests.

Arizona State University Art Museum

Closing Reception (Saturday, Nov. 4, 6:30 — 8:30pm)

Celebrate a successful Conference by dancing under the stars in the plaza of Arizona State University's stunning art museum. Great food, delicious drinks and live Salsa! (Dance lessons provided for those with two left feet.)
