Wilshire Grand Hotel: Site of the 2007 Conference

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, the Wilshire Grand Hotel is within walking distance of the new theatre district, Mark Taper Forum, Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Other nearby places of interest include the Garment District, Jewelry District, Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. If a star sighting is on your agenda, you can jump on the Metro directly across from the hotel and be in Hollywood in less than 15 minutes. You can also take Metro right to the gates of Universal Studios Theme Park. Within 20-30 minutes of the hotel you’ll find the La Brea Tar Pits, Santa Monica Pier, and LAX.
